1. The subject of the order is the sale, delivery, installation, and commissioning of brand new systems for breeding laboratory animals (mice), along with data analysis software and Animal Facility management software. The systems are based on the IVC standard (hereinafter referred to as the System) and consist of two air supply and exhaust stations, racks with a capacity of two with a minimum of 66 cages and one with a minimum capacity of 88 cages. The racks must be equipped with a complete set of individually ventilated housing cages with necessary accessories, one bedding change station, and two automatic cage identification modules. In addition to software for analyzing data on environmental conditions and the condition of animals in the cages, which is an integral part of the animal breeding system, Animal Facility resource management software compatible with the above system is required. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, training for the Ordering Party's representatives will be provided at the final stage, following installation. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix 1 to the Technical Specifications ("DSO"). The essential provisions of the contract constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ ("IPU"). 3. Place of performance of the subject of the order – delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office, ul.
