1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a liquid chromatograph, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment", for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification code: 38432200-4 (chromatographs), 3. The order covers: 1) delivery, assembly, installation, and commissioning of the equipment, 2) training of at least 2 employees of the Ordering Party in the operation of the hardware and software. The Contractor is obliged to conduct the training no later than the date referred to in chapter IV of the ToR. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the description of the subject of the order – Appendix No. 6 to the ToR. 5. The Ordering Party requires a 24-month warranty for the subject of the order. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract – Appendix No. 5 to the ToR. 6. Place of equipment delivery: Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk, ul. Wita Stwosza 63, 80-308 Gdańsk, A 104. 7. The Ordering Party intends to apply for a 0% VAT rate pursuant to Article 83, paragraph 14, point 1 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on Goods and Services Tax (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 361, as amended), in the case of offering a desktop computer set with a monitor and printer (point 8 of Annex No. 6 to the Technical Specifications).
