Poland – Cleaning services – Usługa utrzymania czystości w budynkach i na terenach gminnych zarządzanych przez Zarząd Budynków i Lokali Komunalnych w Gdyni

Part 2 covers cleaning services in the Municipal Market Hall Complex: 1) Flat Hall and Arched Hall - total area where the service is to be provided is 3,887.00 m², 2) Fish Hall - area 1,200.00 m², 3) Roofed Market Square – 5,500.00 m², 4) Outdoor areas and parking lots - 3,544.00 m². 5) The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of a one-time renewal of the order consisting in repeating the subject matter of the order for a period of up to 12 consecutive months immediately following the contract term, on the terms specified in Appendix No. 10 to the Technical Specifications. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order and the method of its implementation are included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order – Part 2 (Appendix No. 8 to the Technical Specifications) and the Sample Contract – Part 2 (Appendix No. 10 to the Technical Specifications). | Part 1 covers cleaning services: 1) in buildings - total area for which the service is to be provided is 12,281.16 m², 2) in external paved and unpaved areas: - total area of paved areas is 133,350.17 m², - total area of unpaved areas is 309,757.02 m². 3) The Ordering Party allows for the option to extend the contract to additional buildings located in Gdynia, provided that the value of the contract covered by the option cannot exceed 20% of the basic contract. 4) The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of a one-time renewal of the contract, repeating the subject matter of the contract for a period of up to 12 consecutive months immediately following the contract term, under the terms specified in Appendix No. 9 to the ToR.
