Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – Sprzedaż i dostawa wraz z montażem, uruchomieniem i konfiguracją fabrycznie nowych, nieużywanych urządzeń internetowych oraz serwera w DS Merkury i DS Hilton Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego.

1. Sale and delivery, along with installation, commissioning, and configuration of brand new, unused internet devices and a server as part of the modernization and expansion of the internet network infrastructure at DS Merkury and DS Hilton of the University of Rzeszów. 2. A detailed description and method of order fulfillment are included in the description of the subject of the order (DPO), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR: a) the proposed device must be new, unused, free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR; b) the proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. If software is delivered on media, each such media must be physically new, have an activation code and activation instructions (in its original packaging, secured with tape, and showing no signs of opening or use). 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee of no less than: 36 months for the entire completed subject of the contract, including all equipment, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol (without reservations) by both parties. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the procedure in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
