Task No. 1: Sale and delivery of a label printer for the Technical Department. A detailed description and method of order fulfillment are included in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR: a) the proposed device must be new, unused, free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR; b) the proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. In the case of delivery of software stored on media, each such media must be physically new, have an activation code along with activation instructions (in original packaging, secured with tape, showing no signs of opening or use). Warranty requirements: The Contractor is obligated to provide a warranty for the subject of the order for no less than: 24 months for the device.
