A detailed description and order fulfillment process are included in the description of the subject of the order (DPO), which constitutes Appendix 3 to the ToR: a) the proposed equipment must be new, unused, free from defects, with the exception of the used server, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix 3 to the ToR. b) the proposed software must be free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the detailed description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix 3 to the ToR. If software is delivered on media, each such media must be physically new, have an activation code and activation instructions (in its original packaging, secured with tape, and showing no signs of opening or use). Warranty requirements: The contractor is obligated to provide a warranty for the subject of the contract, no shorter than: 36 months for all equipment constituting the subject of the contract, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol (without reservations) by both parties. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted.
