The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive, multi-discipline investor supervision services, as well as supervision during the first year of the guarantee and warranty period, for the investment project entitled: "Construction of a Waste Thermal Treatment Plant with Energy Recovery as part of the Green Transformation Center in Opole." The Ordering Party will commission, and the Contractor will undertake to perform, a service under the contract for this public procurement consisting of supervising the design and implementation of works, as well as managing the Investment Project. As part of this service, the Contractor will be responsible for managing, supervising, and supervising the investor, as well as cooperating with the Ordering Party in reporting on the implementation of the Investment Project. Under this contract, the Contractor will ensure the smooth implementation of the Investment Project, including the preparation, design, and implementation of construction works, efficient and timely acceptance of documents and works, ensuring the proper future operation and maintenance of the facility by the Ordering Party.
