The subject of the contract is the provision of investor supervision services during the implementation of construction works, together with coordination and control of settlement of the Task entitled "Expansion of provincial road no. 221 on the section from Janków to the Kościerzyna Bypass - Section D - Nowa Karczma - Kościerzyna (to the junction with the Kościerzyna Bypass)" divided into two sections: - section D1: from approx. km 39+850 to km 45+710, - section D2: from km 45+710 to approx. km 51+800 and during the warranty and quality guarantee period for the works. Characteristics of the Task being the subject of the contract for the execution of construction works covered by investor's supervision: A) The Task includes, among others: • expansion of the provincial road No. 221 with a total length of approx. 11.95 km to parameters corresponding to the expected technical class G of the road, • expansion/reconstruction of intersections along the planned provincial road No. 221, • reconstruction/construction of short sections of access streets necessary for the proper functioning of the provincial road No. 221, • reconstruction/construction of pedestrian routes, • construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes, • reconstruction of existing and construction of new bus bays, • construction of traffic calming elements, • reconstruction/construction of exits, • reconstruction and renovation of bridge structures and culverts, • construction/reconstruction of other structures, e.g. stairs, fences, • reconstruction/construction of drainage ditches, storm water drainage systems, retention reservoirs, devices pre-treatment systems, drainage systems, • reconstruction/construction of road lighting, • reconstruction of conflicting underground and ground utilities, • construction of a service canal, • greenery management, including the cutting down of trees and shrubs conflicting with the investment and greenery management within the roadway, • execution of target road markings...
