1. Acting as Contract Engineer for the contract entitled: "Expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 651 on the Dubeninki – Voivodeship Border Section." As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract and for the remuneration specified in the contract, the Contractor will perform services related to acting as Engineer for the construction works contract, including significant and non-significant changes, and based on an appropriate power of attorney, will obtain a permit for use of the road in question and all structures covered by the construction works contract on behalf of the Ordering Party. 1.1. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, along with a description of the investment and the scope of services, constitutes Appendix 1 to the Specification of Technical Specifications. The investment in question is located within the administrative borders of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in Gołdap County, within the Dubeninki commune. The scope of the investment covers a section of provincial road no. 651 from approximately km 20+160 to approximately km 39+460. The section is approximately 19.30 km long.
