Poland – Construction supervision services – Pełnienie nadzoru nad realizacją zadania inwestycyjnego pn.: „Opracowanie projektu wykonawczego i wykonanie robót budowlanych - odcinek LOT-A1-1 Skarżysko Kamienna - Łączna (od km 142,820 do km 161,810)” oraz „Opracowanie projektu wykonawczego i wykonanie robót budowlanych - odcinek LOT-A1-2 Łączna (bez stacji) - Tumlin (od km 161,810 do km 175,001)”.

1. The subject of the Order is supervision over the implementation of the investment task entitled: “Development of the detailed design and execution of construction works - section LOT-A1-1 Skarżysko Kamienna - Łączna (from km 142.820 to km 161.810)” and “Development of the detailed design and execution of construction works - section LOT-A1-2 Łączna (without stations) - Tumlin (from km 161.810 to km 175.001)” as part of the investment project entitled: “Works on railway line no. 8 on the Skarżysko Kamienna - Kielce - Kozłów section, stage 1: Skarżysko Kamienna-Tumlin”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Volume III of the Technical Specifications (“DTS”). 3. In accordance with § 3 of the Terms and Conditions of Contract, constituting Volume II of the Technical Specifications: The contract implementation period is 47 months, including: a) 36 months – Basic Period; b) The extended period of execution of the Construction Contract is set at 8 months; c) The period exceeding the extended period of execution of the Construction Contract is set at 3 months.
