The contract covers the construction of a multi-family residential building, including landscaping and technical infrastructure, at Wojska Polskiego Street, plots 4/172 and 4/173, in Inowrocław. This includes 107 residential units. Technical rooms include a telecommunications room, a water meter room, a heating substation, an electrical room, and a maintenance room, located on the ground floor of the building in both staircases. The ground floor also includes a wheelchair and bicycle storage area. Each apartment is assigned a storage unit, located both on the ground floor and on each repeating floor. Access to each building is from the sidewalk. Each staircase is equipped with an elevator, sized to accommodate disabled people and stretchers. Entrances to the hall, corridor, and apartments are threshold-free. Corridors are wide enough to accommodate free movement. The entrance doors to the building and from the staircase to the corridor are double-leaf; the width of the main wing cannot be less than 0.9 m.
