Poland – Construction work – Budowa łącznika drogowego pomiędzy Drogą Krajową nr 94 a Euroterminalem i stacją PKP LHS w Sławkowie dla rozwoju transportu intermodalnego

The subject of the contract is the "Construction of a road connector between National Road No. 94 and the Euroterminal and PKP LHS station in Sławków for the development of intermodal transport" using the design and build system. The Contractor will be responsible for: 1) completing all necessary design studies, obtaining, on behalf of and for the Ordering Party, the necessary opinions and technical specifications, arrangements, permits, approvals, decisions, and consents, along with obtaining a decision on environmental conditions and a road investment permit (ZRID decision), to complete the subject of the contract in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements; 2) performing construction works and obtaining, on behalf of and for the Ordering Party, a decision on the use permit and transfer of copyrights to all documentation generated by the Contractor during the term of the Contract. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, to be completed as part of the Contractor's responsibilities, is presented in the Functional-Utility Program (FUP), hereinafter referred to as "FUP" – Appendix 7 to the SWZ. The PFU and its annexes constitute a description of the subject matter of the procurement. Guarantee: The guarantee terms are detailed in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be incorporated into the body of this agreement, constituting Annex 6 to the STC. The investment is co-financed by the Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program.
