1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a task consisting in the development of the playing field complex at Żwirki Street and Zagajnikowa Street in Koluszki on plots no. 235/1, 235/2, 236. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) demolition works, 2) construction of a social and administrative building with pedestrian routes and small-scale architecture, 3) construction of a football training pitch with a synthetic turf surface, 4) construction of covered system stands, 5) construction of ball catchers and fencing, 6) construction of a football pitch with a natural grass surface in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the Polish Football Association, 7) construction of a 400 m circular athletics track with a polyurethane surface in accordance with the requirements and regulations of the Polish Athletics Association. 8) construction of a long jump and triple jump hill, and a high jump hill, 9) construction of a shot put track, 10) construction of a toilet building with a warehouse, 11) construction of covered stands at the main football pitch, 12) construction of ball nets, fencing, and walking and running paths, 13) construction of a multi-purpose pitch with a natural grass surface, 14) construction of a tennis court with a synthetic grass surface, 15) construction of a gym, street workout, and teqball pitch, 16) construction of a bicycle shelter, bicycle zones with a repair station, 17) construction of parking lots, 18) construction of an air dome at the synthetic grass training pitch, 19) construction of connections and the necessary technical infrastructure on the facility: electrical power installation, lighting masts, heat pump, photovoltaic installation, lighting installation, water and sewer systems, drainage and irrigation systems for the pitch. 20) land development
