Poland – Construction work for swimming pool – Zaprojektowanie oraz wykonanie robót budowlanych dla inwestycji pn. „Budowa krytej pływalni przy ul. Wiczlińskiej w Gdyni”

The subject of the contract includes the design and execution of construction works for the investment entitled "Construction of an indoor swimming pool at Wiczlińska Street in Gdynia" and obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, an occupancy permit and/or a certificate of no objection issued pursuant to Article 54, Section 2 of the Building Law. The subject of the contract consists of three Stages: STAGE I – preparation of design documentation, including construction, technical, and implementation documentation, prepared based on the Functional-Utility Program, along with the architectural concept and the Ordering Party's guidelines, and obtaining a building permit/certificate(s) of acceptance of the notification of intent to perform construction works. STAGE II – execution of construction works within the scope resulting from the documentation prepared under Stage I, together with all other accompanying works, and exercise of author’s supervision on the construction site during the execution of construction works, as well as the Contractor obtaining occupancy permits or submitting notifications to the relevant construction supervision authority and submitting to the Ordering Party the obtained permits or documents confirming the effectiveness of submitting notifications; the Contractor shall determine on its own which parts of the subject of the contract and within what period require obtaining such permits or submitting notifications; the Ordering Party shall grant the Contractor an appropriate power of attorney in this respect; STAGE III – servicing (maintenance) of installed equipment within the period offered by the contractor, as well as lawn care within a period of 1 year from the date of final acceptance and care of plantings within a period of 3 years from the date of final acceptance.
