1. The subject of the contract is the construction of boulevards along the Narew River in Łomża, along the section between the bridge at Zjazd Street (DK61) and the existing boulevards. The Contractor is responsible for preparing the facility in terms of both material and formal aspects to obtain an occupancy permit. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (material and quantitative scope) is included in the design documentation for the individual disciplines and the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, as well as the elements to be taken into account when calculating the bid price in Chapter XVI of this specification. The documentation on the basis of which the subject of the contract is to be executed constitutes an annex to the tender specifications.
