Subject of the contract: Comprehensive execution of construction works, including extension (elevator and external stairwells), reconstruction, renovation, construction of a fire escape with a maneuvering area, adaptation to fire safety regulations and site development together with the delivery of equipment and furnishings for the Building and obtaining the necessary consents and permits, for the Student Dormitory No. 2 at 11 Dębowa Street in Gdańsk; 80 – 204 Gdańsk; reg. unit 226101_1; cadastral district 066; reg. plot No. 64/2 carried out as part of the investment entitled “Modernization works of the buildings of the student housing estate at Dębowa Street to meet the needs of students, including their own study, and sanitary requirements related to the epidemic situation.” Maximum deadline for completion of the subject of the contract - 30 March 2026, provided that a detailed description of the individual stages is included in chapter IV of the SWZ and the draft contract.
