The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation (including authorial supervision at the project implementation stage), execution of construction works together with permanently built-in equipment and land development for building "L" as part of the project entitled: "Establishment of a Highly Specialized Oncological Care Center together with its additional equipment at the University Hospital in Zielona Góra sp. z o.o., in the "design and build" formula." The subject of the order has been divided into the following scopes: 1) for the Highly Specialized Oncological Care Center, hereinafter referred to as OWOO-1, which includes the following organizational units: Clinical Urology Department, Urology Outpatient Clinic, Clinical Oncology Department, Day Chemotherapy Department, Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology Department (section of Surgical, Endoscopic and Oncological Gynecology) and common parts for this scope (basement, stairwells, etc.), 2) for the Highly Specialized Oncological Care Center, hereinafter referred to as OWOO-2, which includes the following organizational units: Clinical Hematology Department with One-Day Chemotherapy at the Clinical Hematology Department and common parts for this scope (basement, stairwells, etc.). 2.
