Poland – Construction work – Opracowanie dokumentacji oraz przebudowa stacji elektroenergetycznej 110/15KV Cybinka wraz z wymianą transformatorów WN/SN

The subject of the contract is the design and modernization of the 110/15 kV Cybinka substation. The substation's modernization aims to enable the connection of a photovoltaic power plant and adapt the substation to the applicable ENEA Operator sp. z o.o. standards. The scope of the contract includes the performance of all work necessary for the proper operation of the substation, in accordance with applicable laws and Standards. Due to the shape and size of the land on which the substation is located, it is not possible to meet all standards. These changes are described in this document. All necessary design studies must be completed, the necessary opinions and technical specifications, all agreements, permits, approvals, decisions, and consents required for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Ordering Party's Requirements and the Contract Conditions must be obtained on behalf of and for the Ordering Party, construction works must be performed, and occupancy permits for the entire investment must be obtained on behalf of and for the Ordering Party. The detailed scope of work planned for the Contractor's responsibilities is presented further in the FUP.
