Poland – Construction work – Przebudowa dachów hali wschodniej i hali zachodniej, kanałów naprawczych, wnętrza hal i pomieszczeń oraz wymiana okien i świetlików dachowych na bocznicy kolejowej w Krakowie Prokocimiu

1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the roofs of the eastern and western halls, repair pits, the interior of the halls and rooms, and the replacement of windows and roof skylights on the railway siding in Krakow Prokocim. Address: Krakow Prokocim railway siding, 1 Półłanki Street, Precinct 54, plots no. 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 186, 188, 189, 190, 191/2, 192/2, 193, 194/2, 195/2, 196, 197, 198, 202/2. 2. The contract has been divided into the following tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Reconstruction of the roofs of the eastern hall and western hall on the Kraków Prokocim siding (Task 20II), 2) Task No. 2 - Reconstruction of the interiors of the eastern hall and western hall (interiors, channels, track interspace, shifting bridge, traction network) on the Kraków Prokocim siding (Task 16IS). 3. The contract award procedure is being conducted as an open tender under the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act" or "Pzp". This contract is a utilities contract. 4. Detailed requirements concerning the contract are included in the Specification of Technical Terms and Conditions and appendices thereto, which constitute an integral part thereof.
