Poland – Construction work – „Przebudowa drogi powiatowej od ronda w m. Postęp do ronda w m. Myszków – Mrzygłód na odcinku długości ok. 8,5 km- Usprawnienie i poprawa bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i pieszych – Etap II”

The subject of the contract covers the implementation of the scope of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of district road no. 3811 S on the section of Krasickiego Street from the intersection with DW 793 (Pułaskiego Street) to the intersection with Ustronie Street, with a length of 1763m. The detailed scope of construction works is specified in the Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) and design documentation, including the bill of quantities. Some items included in the bill of quantities covering road works should be considered together with the drawings, STWIORB and descriptions. The scope of works financed by Myszków County includes, among others: - preparatory work; - demolition work (existing surfaces and conflicting fencing); - construction of a roadbed with substrate profiling; - execution of earthworks; - reconstruction of the sanitary sector; - reconstruction and securing of the telecommunications network, construction of a service duct; - reconstruction and securing of the power network, construction of lighting; - construction of a cycle path and sidewalk - reconstruction of the roadway - topsoiling of slopes and seeding; - vertical adjustment of technical infrastructure facilities; - installation of road markings. NOTE: The Contractor is responsible for making all arrangements related to temporary traffic management, preparing a work schedule, and drawing up an acceptance protocol with the road manager and network managers. The Contractor is fully responsible for the safety of people and property during the works until they are accepted by the District Road Authority in Myszków. Furthermore, measurement work (surveying services with mapping to the District Office's geodetic resources) and the temporary traffic management design should be included in the general costs.
