I. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the reconstruction of the building of Primary School Number 16 in Dąbrowa Górnicza. 2. The scope of construction works will cover the scope of work included in the construction design, including, among others: 2.1. reconstruction of part of the school together with the adaptation of school rooms to a kindergarten, 2.2. reconstruction of the kitchen with facilities and a dining room, 2.3. site development, including, among others, the construction of a fire escape, pedestrian routes, and a playground, 2.4. installation works of electrical and sanitary systems, 2.5. general construction works, 2.6. demolition. The detailed scope of the contract is described in the technical documentation constituting Appendix 10 to the terms of reference. 3. The construction works should be carried out on the basis of: 3.1. the requirements of the Terms of Reference; 3.2. the provisions contained in the draft contract; 3.3. bills of quantities; 3.4. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works; 3.5. construction design: 4.
