1. The subject of the contract is the development of full-discipline design and cost estimate documentation and the execution of construction works, including furnishing, using the "design and build" formula for the Project entitled "Reconstruction and extension of the complex of cultural buildings, including historic buildings and other buildings at B. Chrobrego and Zielona Streets in Leszno, together with a change of use for the purposes of conducting cultural activities." The scope of the task includes the development, based on the functional and utility program and archaeological research and conservation and architectural inventory conducted at the demolition stage, of full-discipline design and cost estimate documentation, along with pre-design work, as well as the reconstruction and extension of the building, including land development, technical infrastructure, and furnishing the building with furniture, appliances, and devices, in accordance with the scope and provisions resulting from this Specification of Technical Specifications and appendices. Information about the facility: The complex of buildings is located in the center of Leszno between Bolesława Chrobrego Street, Zielona Street, and Zielona Street. Bracka on plots no. 85, 88/1,88/3, 88/5, 88/6, 88/7, 88/8, 88/9 with a total area of 2,069.9 m2 and a building area of 1,627.3 m2. The property is currently built out, while the paved area constitutes an internal courtyard and is used for technical services of the buildings and as parking spaces. The following buildings are currently located on the investment site: Building (A) of the Municipal Cultural Centre (situated on the B.
