2. The scope of the contract includes in particular: "preparation of multi-discipline design documentation to obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary derogations, building permits, construction works permits, and approvals, if any are required by law, for the performance of construction works in accordance with the FUP" Delivery and commissioning of electrical and IT equipment in accordance with the FUP 3. Technical documentation should be prepared in a complete state from the point of view of the purpose it is to serve. 4. Design documentation within the scope of the description of the subject of the contract should be prepared in accordance with Art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law and take into account the requirements regarding accessibility for disabled persons in accordance with Art. 100 of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The subject of the study are selected rooms in blocks B and E in the building of the L. Zamenhof University Children's Clinical Hospital in Białystok located at ul. J. Waszyngtona 17, 15-274 Białystok. 6. The current functional and spatial layout of the block will be adapted to applicable legal regulations by, among others: o Separating staff locker rooms (for women and men) of appropriate dimensions, ensuring division into a dirty locker room, a washroom, and a clean locker room (separate for entrance and exit) o Providing patient lockers enabling easy transport and transfer of patients o Separating a common patient preparation point o Enlargement of the operating theater area o Creation of a new recovery room with the necessary facilities o Creation of a caregiver and child room o Adaptation of the layout of necessary storage rooms and staff rooms to the current needs of the Ordering Party 7. All solutions implemented assume adaptation of the operating theater to applicable legal, sanitary, construction, fire protection, occupational health and safety regulations and to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 26 March 2019...
