1. The subject of the contract is: execution of construction works for the investment project entitled "Demolition of existing facilities and construction of a specialist greenhouse with educational and technical facilities, as well as land development and technical infrastructure, on plots no. 5498/124; 5661/124 in the Municipal Botanical Garden in Zabrze at Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego and Botaniczna Streets", based on design documentation prepared by: An Archi Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice at 64 Chorzowska Street, and obtaining all necessary permits for the use of the facility required by applicable law. The investment is located on plots no. 5498/124 and no. 5661/124, in respect of which the Ordering Party declares that it has the property for construction purposes. The task is co-financed by the Polish Deal Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program – 8th edition – the Ordering Party has received Initial Promise No. Edycja8/2023/4150/PolskiLad. 2.
