1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation, in the design and build formula, of the investment task entitled: "Expansion of the existing heating plant with a steam unit with a multi-fuel boiler generating heat and electricity in high-efficiency cogeneration, planned for implementation on the premises of PEC – Gliwice Sp. z o.o. in Gliwice at 135 Królewska Tamy Street." The subject of the contract consists of the Basic Scope and the Option Scope. 1.1. The Basic Scope includes in particular the preparation of: 1.1.1. Design, construction, technological, and installation documentation, along with obtaining decisions and approvals enabling the comprehensive execution of construction works, 1.1.2. Supply of necessary equipment and materials, 1.1.3. Preparatory works, including site macro-leveling, 1.1.4. Construction works involving buildings, structures, access roads, maneuvering areas, fire escapes and connections to external facilities as well as technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical power, I&C, CCTV networks and installations, as well as fire protection systems, 1.1.5. Necessary dismantling, demolition and removal of existing conflicts, 1.1.6. Installation of technological, sanitary, power supply, electrical power, I&C, IT, CCTV systems and networks, as well as fire protection systems, 1.1.7. Commissioning and conducting start-up, trial, adjustment and warranty runs, as well as subsequent optimizing runs, 1.1.8. Obtaining all necessary decisions, certificates, permits, approvals and concessions in order to hand over the facility for use and commissioning, 1.1.9. As-built documentation, operating manuals, job instructions, commissioning documentation, trial and test instructions, trial and adjustment run plan, cooperation instructions for sources: ITPO and PEC, 1.1.10.
