Poland – Construction work – Rozbudowa oraz poprawa stanu nawierzchni sieci dróg w Zielonej Górze – nr 5B

1. The subject of the order is construction works consisting in the modernization of roads and intersections, i.e.: 1) modernization of the intersection of district road no. 4432F with municipal road no. 007228F in Zielona Góra; 2) modernization of the intersection of district road no. 4432F with municipal road no. 104558F in Zielona Góra 2. The Ordering Party will hand over the construction site referred to in point 3.2. of the SWZ to the Contractor by official document within 14 days from the date of signing the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.5. of the SWZ. 4. The subject of the order must be performed in accordance with the design documentation and Technical Specifications for Execution and Acceptance of Works contained in Appendix I.5 to the SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party informs that for the scopes specified in point 3.2. SWZ, the estimated (measurement) remuneration was adopted on the basis of the offer cost estimates included in Annex I.4 to SWZ
