The subject of the order is construction works in the “design and build” system as part of the project entitled “Maintaining the ability to provide services and ensuring statutory safety for patients of the Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital (ICZMP) by adapting the Institute to fire protection requirements”. 2. The list of works to be performed includes: Package 1 – Construction of a peripheral hydrant network on level -1 together with hydrant risers throughout the building and DN25 mm hydrants. 3. Financing from the funds for the task entitled “Maintaining the ability to provide services and ensuring statutory safety for patients of the Polish Mother's Memorial Hospital (ICZMP) by adapting the Institute to fire protection requirements”. 4. The material scope of the subject of the order is specified in detail in: 4.1 Sample contract, constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications. 4.2 Functional-Utility Program, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Technical Specifications (within the scope of Packages No. 1 and No. 2) | 1.
