Poland – Construction work – Wykonania robót budowlanych związanych z realizacją zadania inwestycyjnego pn. ”Regionalny klaster usług społecznych i zdrowotnych w Chełmnie – etap 1”

The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the task entitled “Regional cluster of social and health services in Chełmno – stage 1” • Reconstruction and change of use of the soldiers’ kitchen building with a canteen to function as a restaurant, laundry and occupational therapy workshops – building no. 1, • Reconstruction and change of use of the soldiers’ club building (with a clock) to function as a hotel (with a café and SPA area for the use of hotel guests) – building no. 2, • Construction of a social services building (CUS) on the site of the demolished boiler room – building no. 3, • Construction of a system of internal roads and an access road, and a complex of parking spaces, • Installation of small-scale architectural elements, • Construction of landscaping elements along with the necessary infrastructure, including installations and other accompanying infrastructure.
