1. The subject of the task is the reconstruction of the 110/15kV GPZ Ostrowite power substation including the primary and secondary circuits of the 110 kV switchgear together with associated infrastructure (new control room building with 15kV switchgear). 1.1. The scope of works includes: 1.1.1. Demolition of the station building together with installations and MV switchgear. 1.1.2. Dismantling of existing busbar and line gates together with spikes. 1.1.3. Dismantling of existing primary equipment together with supporting structures and foundations in all 110 kV switchgear bays. 1.1.4. Dismantling of cable cabinets together with secondary circuits for all existing 110 kV switchgear bays. 1.1.5. Dismantling of the power transformer station and ground fault compensation unit station. 1.1.6. Dismantling of the switchboard lighting, station grounding and lightning protection installation, and telecommunications installation. 1.1.7. Dismantling of the Miastko and Bytów HV line spans between the neutral poles and the line gates, together with strain insulators. 1.1.8. Dismantling of sections of the MV power lines. 1.1.9. Demolition of associated infrastructure, including the external fencing and hardened ground surface. 1.1.10. Construction of the station building, together with internal and external installations. 1.1.11. Construction of line and rail gates, together with spires and foundations. 1.1.12. Construction of the Miastko and Bytów HV line spans between the neutral poles and the line gate, together with strain insulators. 1.1.13. Construction of supporting structures including foundations for 110 kV switchgear and equipment. 1.1.14. Installation of 110 kV switchgear and equipment along with the connections between them. 1.1.15. Construction of a power transformer station. 1.1.16.
