Poland – Construction work – Wykonanie zadania inwestycyjnego pt.: „Modernizacja części pomieszczeń 1 piętra w budynku A oraz basenu rehabilitacyjnego w budynku B obiektu Attis przy ul. Górczewskiej 89 w Warszawie” w ramach projektu inwestycyjnego pn. „Przebudowa pomieszczeń budynku "F" dla potrzeb Zakładu Rehabilitacji i Fizykoterapii Mazowieckiego Szpitala Bródnowskiego Sp. z o.o. - etap II”.

The contract covers comprehensive construction works, including the modernization of the first floor of Building A and the rehabilitation swimming pool in Building B, located in the Attis facility at 89 Górczewska Street in Warsaw. The work will be carried out using the "design and build" formula, meaning the contractor will be responsible for both the design and construction. Additionally, the contract also includes the preparation of as-built documentation in a 3D model, which will ensure a precise representation of the work performed and facilitate future facility management. The project comprises two concurrent construction tasks, which are interconnected and aimed at achieving a common goal: the comprehensive completion of the construction project within the agreed timeframe and in accordance with quality requirements. The simultaneous execution of these tasks aims to optimize processes and efficiently manage resources.
