The subject of the Order is the design and execution of works for the task entitled "Improving safety at selected rail-road crossings in the areas of: IZ Częstochowa, IZ Kielce, IZ Kraków, IZ Nowy Sącz, IZ Opole, IZ Rzeszów, IZ Sosnowiec, IZ Tarnowskie Góry", implemented as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) entitled "Improving safety at rail-road crossings - stage VII". The order covers the design and execution of works on 47 rail-road crossings located in the areas of IZ Częstochowa, IZ Kielce, IZ Kraków, IZ Nowy Sącz, IZ Opole, IZ Rzeszów, IZ Sosnowiec and IZ Tarnowskie Góry. The entire subject of the Order covers the completion of the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) development of the detailed design, b) development of as-built documentation, including as-built geodetic documentation, 2) and works in the following scope: a) railway traffic control devices (SRC), b) telecommunications devices and systems, c) electrical power devices and systems up to 1 kV, 3) works involving the construction of environmental protection facilities.
