Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w kwocie 2.096.357,65 PLN

1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 2,096,357.65 with repayment between 2025 and 2039. The loan will be used to repay previously incurred loans and credits in the amount of PLN 1,966,357.65 and to finance the planned budget deficit of PLN 130,000.00. 2. The loan will be granted in accordance with the schedule presented in the table and the loan repayment plan constituting Appendix No. 2 to the terms of reference. 3. The loan granted will be based on the 3M WIBOR rate according to quotations current as of September 23, 2025 and a fixed margin during the loan period, with a fixed principal installment. 4. The basis for calculating the cost of the loan for the purposes of comparison and selection of the best offer is the loan repayment plan constituting Appendix No. 2 to the terms of reference, containing the following assumptions: 1) loan currency: Polish zloty (PLN); 2) loan amount – PLN 2,096,357.65; 3) annual interest rate – according to the submitted offer; 4) date and amount of the loan: on November 14, 2025 in full; 5) frequency of payment of principal and interest installments – quarterly (until the last day of the quarter); 6) grace period for repayment of principal installments: first installment due on March 31, 2026. 7) repayment of interest installments will start on December 31, 2025 in accordance with the rules applied by the bank; 8) repayment date of subsequent principal and interest installments – quarterly on the last day of each quarter, in accordance with the rules applied by the bank; 9) number of principal installments – 56; 10) installment determination method – principal; 11) interest collection method – based on the loan balance (365/366 formula); 12) the bank commission for granting the loan – according to the submitted bid – will be charged on the actual loan amount; 13) the bank commission will be charged on a one-off basis on the actual loan amount; 14) the contractor will not charge an...
