Poland – Credit granting services – Zaciągnięcie kredytu długoterminowego do kwoty 5 284 215,35 zł (pięć milionów dwieście osiemdziesiąt cztery tysiące dwieście piętnaście złotych trzydzieści pięć groszy) z przeznaczeniem na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek oraz na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy na 2025 rok.

1. Description of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is to obtain a long-term loan up to PLN 5,284,215.35 (five million two hundred eighty-four thousand two hundred fifteen zlotys and thirty-five groszy) to be used to repay previously incurred credit and loan liabilities and to finance the planned Municipality budget deficit for 2025: - financing the planned budget deficit of the Mielec Municipality in the amount of PLN 3,461,155.35, resulting from the implementation of investment projects; - repayment of previously incurred credit and loan liabilities in the amount of PLN 1,823,060. 2) The loan agreement will be prepared by the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous, at its expense, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and all reservations contained in the Specification of Technical Specifications - (a sample agreement must be attached to the offer). 3) Loan conditions: Loan characteristics: - loan in PLN - funds will be made available by the bank within 7 days from the date of signing the agreement until December 31, 2025, up to the amount of PLN 5,284,215.35 - loan period from the date of making the funds available by the Bank until December 31, 2042 - variable interest rate based on WIBOR 3M - grace period for loan repayment until March 30, 2026 - repayment of the loan principal in quarterly installments, first installment on March 31, 2026, last installment on December 31, 2042 - ongoing interest payment on the amount of the currently used loan on a quarterly basis, first payment on December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2042 (interest for the actual number of days / in leap years, February is 29 days/interest calculation assuming a 365-day year and 366 days in leap years) - loan disbursement – by bank transfer, executed upon the Borrower's payment order - loan security – blank promissory note with the "without protest" and "without endorsement" clauses, together with a promissory note...
