Poland – Cycle path construction work – Układ uzupełniający trasę VeloRudawa – budowa łącznika do m. Czerna

The subject of the contract is the construction of a supplementary system to the VeloRudawa (VRu) cycle route, including the construction of a connector to the town of Czerno – divided into the basic scope of the contract and the optional scope of the contract. 1) Basic scope of the contract: The contract covers the construction of a cycle route with a total length of 860 m in the town of Krzeszowice. The task includes: - execution of construction works including the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle footbridge over the Rudawa River (so-called footbridge A) together with access roads, reconstruction of the existing pavement along district road no. 2126K (Legionów Polskich Street) into a pedestrian and bicycle path on a section of 435 m long and modernization (repair) of the surface of municipal road no. 600413K (Kasztanowa Street) on a section of approx. 390 m long, - introduction of permanent/target traffic organization, installation of traffic safety devices and marking of the bicycle route as a tourist trail – in relation to a section of the bicycle route with a length of approx. 4.61 km. This constitutes the basic scope of the contract. 2) Optional scope of the contract: In addition to the basic scope of the contract indicated in item 1, the Ordering Party also provides, under the reserved right of option, for the following: a) construction of a bicycle route on a section with a total length of 335 m; the task includes: - execution of construction works including the construction of a bicycle path on the section from Zacisze Street to Kasztanowa in Krzeszowice with a length of 335 m and modernisation (reconstruction / renovation) of the existing bridge structure on plot no. 589/6 in Czatkowice (so-called footbridge B), - introduction of permanent / target traffic organisation, installation of traffic safety devices and marking of the bicycle route as a tourist trail – in relation to a section of the bicycle route with a length of approx. 0.48 km; b)...
