Poland – Demolition, site preparation and clearance work – „Modernizacja GPZ Chełmża w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj”

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and construction documentation, as well as construction and assembly works for the project: "Modernization of the Chełmża Main Power Supply Station in a design and build formula," which will enable the implementation of the construction, both from a formal, legal, and technical perspective, and the execution of the works in accordance with this design documentation. The project will include, among other things, the replacement of two 110/15 kV transformers with a capacity of 16 MVA and 25 MVA with two transformers with a capacity of 31.5 MVA each, and the replacement of the 15 kV switchgear at the Chełmża Main Power Supply Station (GPZ1–0009). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 12 to the Technical Specifications – Functional and Utility Program and Technical Specification for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as STWiODPiRB). The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be performed in accordance with the guidelines indicated in this documentation (Appendix No. 14 to the Technical Specifications) and instructions, as well as the standards constituting appendices to the Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 15 to the Technical Specifications) and the draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 13 to the Technical Specifications). 3. Scope of the investment project and sequence of work implementation: 3.1. Stage I – preparation of design and construction documentation, also referred to as "Design Documentation" or "Documentation;" 3.2. Stage II – execution of construction and assembly works, consisting of: 3.2.1. Stage II a – purchase, delivery, and installation at the site, as well as post-installation testing of 2 transformers.
