1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of a desktop computer and disk array, hereinafter referred to as "hardware", for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography, University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification codes: 30213300-8 (desktop computer), 30233141-1 (redundant array of independent disks RAID). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the description of the subject of the contract - Appendix 6 to the ToR. 4. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Oceanography and Geography, Department of Geomorphology and Quaternary Geology, Faculty of Social Sciences building, laboratory B106, ul. Bażyńskiego 4, 80-309 Gdańsk. 5. The Ordering Party requires a warranty: 1) for the desktop computer: 36 months, 2) for the array: 36 months, 3) disks: 60 months. Details regarding the guarantee are included in § 7 of the draft contract – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
