1. The subject of the order in Part No. 1 is: Purchase and delivery of an autoclave – 1 pc. 2. A description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 1.A to the Technical Specifications (SWZ). 3. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor. 4. As part of the proper performance of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obligated to deliver and bring the complete and assembled (on-site assembly is permitted) subject of the order (with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the room designated by the Ordering Party. Furthermore, the Contractor is obligated to: assemble, connect, commission, perform a functional check and implementation, and conduct training in the operation of the equipment (according to the scope indicated in the DSC – as appropriate for the part). 5. The Ordering Party requires that the assembly, connection, and commissioning of the subject of the order be performed by persons authorized to work in this scope (according to the scope indicated in the DSC – as appropriate for the part). 6. The Contractor must offer to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in the Technical Specifications (SWZ) and the appendices, and cover the entire scope of the subject of the order in its offer. 7. The subject of the order must comply with the relevant standards and have the required marketing approvals and certificates (including CE standards in terms of safety). The Contractor is obligated to deliver a brand new subject of the order, manufactured no earlier than 2025 (in particular, not repaired, not refurbished, not used for exhibitions, not previously used), originating from current production and a legal distribution channel, functional, complete (in particular with all components, parts, materials), and compliant with the...
