Poland – Dredgers – Zakup pogłębiarki dla utrzymania torów podejściowych do Świnoujścia i toru Świnoujście – Szczecin.

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of a technical and classification design and the delivery of a vessel – a dredger, in order to carry out the task entitled "Purchase of a dredger for the maintenance of the approach fairways to Świnoujście and the Świnoujście – Szczecin fairway." 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 7 to the Technical Specifications and constitutes the Technical Description provided by the Ordering Party. 3. The subject of the order includes in particular: a) Preparation of a technical and classification design of the subject of the Supply, b) Production, equipping and delivery of the subject of the Supply to the port of Świnoujście, c) Removal of defects and faults in the subject of the Supply. 4. Implementation of the subject of the order will consist of the following stages (phases): a) PHASE I – implementation and execution (based on the Description of the Subject of Supply) of technical studies regarding the subject of Supply (drawings, calculations, descriptions, technical data summaries regarding individual parameters, templates, mock-ups, etc.), including details of devices and installations, and accessories of the Subject of Supply, in accordance with the Agreement. b) PHASE II – completion and delivery of the Subject of Supply, together with all documents confirming the Ordering Party's unconditional authorization to use the Subject of Supply in accordance with its intended purpose and the Ordering Party's requirements, resulting in particular from the Description of the Subject of Supply, together with conducting training for the Ordering Party's personnel in accordance with the Agreement. c) PHASE III – removal of defects and faults in the Subject of Supply during the warranty and quality guarantee period, in accordance with the Agreement.
