Poland – Electric buses – Zakup 3 autobusów elektrycznych wraz z infrastrukturą do ich obsługi w ramach przedsięwzięcia pn.: „Bezpieczny transport w aglomeracji opolskiej”

The subject of the order is: 1. delivery of 3 12-meter electric buses – a detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order - Appendix No. 2a to this Specification of Special Conditions of Sale, 2. delivery, assembly, connection to the power grid of infrastructure for charging electric buses, including: 2 depot charging stations, each with a minimum power of 2 x 75kW, 1 fast charging station equipped with an “inverted” pantograph enabling charging with a maximum power of 300 kW – a detailed description of the subject of the order in accordance with Appendix No. 2b to the Specification of Special Conditions of Sale and the FFU Opole Bus Charging Station. 3. delivery of 10 promotional stickers. 4. The Ordering Party anticipates exercising the option right consisting in the Contractor delivering up to 2 (two) further buses referred to in § 1 sec. 1 item 1) of the Agreement (option type), on the terms indicated in the contract template in § 1 sec. 4 – 10 of the Agreement. Order completion date: up to 480 days from the date of the contract, subject to: 1) for the delivery of 3 buses: up to 420 days from the date of the contract; 2) for the delivery of a pantograph charger: up to 390 days from the date of the contract; 3) for the delivery of 2 depot chargers: up to 390 days from the date of the contract; 4) for the delivery of 10 promotional stickers: up to 420 days from the date of the contract. Whenever standards, trademarks, or patents are referenced in the procurement documents, they should be understood as defining certain technical parameters or quality standards within the scope of which the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions.
