The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new transformer bushings of the dry type (e.g. RIP, RIS, CRS) or composite-oil (e.g. SBC) - Package 1 – bushings above > 36 kV (RIP, RIS). Within Package 1, the Ordering Party allows submitting an offer for bushings within all voltages required by the provisions of Part II of the Technical Specifications or for selected voltages, e.g. 52 kV, 72.5 kV, 123 kV, 145 kV, 245 kV, 420 kV. A detailed definition of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the Technical Specifications and Part IV of the Technical Specifications. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party, describing the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described if they allow for obtaining features or parameters no worse than those cited. This means that the contractor may use solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent." Pursuant to Art. 101, sec. 5 of the Act, a Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies it offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular using the evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent degree. | The subject of the order is the supply of brand new dry-type transformer bushings (e.g. RIP, RIS, CRS) or composite-oil (e.g. SBC) - Package 2 - bushings up to ≤ 36 kV (RIP, RIS, CRS, SBC).
