Description of the subject of the contract The subject of the contract is the performance of an expertise entitled Verification of the occurrence within the entire Natura 2000 Suchy Młyn site of habitat 6410 Fluctuating Molinia meadows (Molinion), including in particular:  performance of field studies and verification of the range of occurrence and assessment of the conservation status of natural habitat 6410 Fluctuating Molinia meadows (Molinion) in the Natura 2000 Suchy Młyn site,  preparation of a proposal to update SDF entries,  preparation of documentation for amending the conservation task plan for the Natura 2000 Suchy Młyn site within the scope of the studied habitat, including verification of threats and planning documents and development of new objectives of conservation measures and protective measures,  performance of an inventory of invasive plant species (IGO) occurring in patches of the above-mentioned habitat or in its vicinity (indicated in threats). The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR – Description of the Subject of the Order (OOP). Other conditions regarding the performance of the order are specified in the "Draft Contract Provisions" (DPP), constituting Appendix No. 2 to the ToR. Requirements related to the performance of the order regarding the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities indicated by the Ordering Party within the scope of the performance of the order, if the performance of such activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465, consolidated text): The Ordering Party does not specify any requirements.
