1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle along with equipment for the Mirosławiec Volunteer Fire Department, hereinafter referred to as the "Vehicle", i.e.: the Contractor will carry out all activities that will lead to the delivery of a Vehicle that meets all the requirements specified in the order documents referred to in section 2. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference, hereinafter referred to as the "ToR". Other conditions regarding the performance of the order are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR (draft provisions of the public procurement agreement). 3. The order is carried out as part of the project "High Level Safety: Purchase of a Firefighting Vehicle for the Mirosławiec Volunteer Fire Department under the European Funds for Western Pomerania 2021-2027 Programme, Priority 2 European Funds for a greener Western Pomerania, Measure 2.15 Strengthening rescue services."
