1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, heavy-duty rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for the Volunteer Fire Department in Grzymałków. 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into lots. The order covers the delivery of only one rescue and firefighting vehicle, which, for technical and organizational reasons, can be completed under a single contract with a single contractor. 3. A detailed description and scope of the order can be found in Appendix 6 to the Technical Specifications. 4. The Contractor is obligated to complete the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft contract template, which constitutes Appendix 3 to the Technical Specifications.
