The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of the SIMULATOR and the implementation of the INVESTMENT in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the Contractor's Offer. 1. The subject of the basic order for the SIMULATOR is the delivery of a brand new helicopter flight simulation device of the FFS (Full Flight Simulator) Level D class of the Airbus Helicopters EC135 helicopter in the P3 (CPDS) variant, for training in particular: for the helicopter type and for training and periodic examination of pilots in performing flights by day and at night, in visual flight conditions and according to instrument indications, as well as flights using night vision goggles, with control devices for one and two pilots, training in the scope of cooperation in a multi-crew, meeting the requirements of the provisions of Regulation No. 1178/2011 and the EASA CS-FSTD(H) certification specifications "Helicopter Flight Simulation Training Devices" (initial issue of 26 June 2012, as amended) to obtain a certificate of a helicopter flight simulation device of the FFS Level D class together with peripheral devices and systems. and consistent with the Required Parameters constituting an annex to the Contractor's Offer and the Evaluated Parameters of the Offer content – in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the Contractor's Offer. 1.1. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Article 121 item 2 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the right for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e., the foundation, installation, and commissioning of the helicopter flight simulation training device. 2. The subject of the basic order within the scope of the INVESTMENT is: 2.1. Preparation of design documentation, i.e. complete, multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for the Investment, which includes: conceptual design, construction design taking into account the specificity of construction works, technical design, detailed design, demolition...
