Successive sales of liquid fuels over a 12-month period, with the option of refueling the Ordering Party's vehicles and construction equipment (extended units), at the Contractor's gas station. Refueling of the Ordering Party's vehicles will take place daily between 6:00 a.m. and midnight. The distance (radius) of the refueling point from the Ordering Party's base, located at 70 Gen. de Gaulle'a Street, 82-200 Malbork, must not exceed 1 kilometer. Liquid fuels sold must meet the requirements specified in the PN-EN 590 standard and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, of 2015.10.23). The technical and chemical parameters of the fuels supplied must not be worse than those specified in the aforementioned standards and annexes to the Regulation.
