The award of the contract may be applied for by Contractors who: 1) are not subject to exclusion from the procedure on the basis of art. 108 sec. 1 and art. 109 sec. 1 item 4 of the Public Procurement Law and art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014, art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on specific solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and serving to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 129, as amended), 2) meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding: a) the ability to engage in business transactions.
