1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of diesel fuel for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Miejskiej w Suwałkach Sp. z o. o., Zarząd Dróg i Zieleni w Suwałkach, and Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Suwałkach Sp. z o. o. 2. The estimated quantity of diesel fuel is: for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Miejskiej w Suwałkach Sp. z o. o. – 750,000 liters; for the needs of Zarząd Dróg i Zieleni w Suwałkach – 350,000 liters; for the needs of Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Suwałkach Sp. z o. o. – 126,000 liters. Note: the indicated quantities are indicative (estimated based on diesel fuel deliveries to date). The actual quantity of deliveries will result from the current needs of individual Ordering Parties, and the Contractor to whom the contract is awarded will not be entitled to claim delivery in the quantities specified above. 3. The fuel delivered by the Contractor must meet the standards (quality parameters) specified: in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels; in the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system; the PN-EN 590:2022-08 standard. 4. The quality requirements for the main elements of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 2 to the Technical Specifications. The subject of the contract is standardized – it will be performed identically, regardless of which Contractor performs it. 5. Pursuant to Art. 101 sec. 4 of the Public Procurement Act, in a situation where the documents describing the subject of the contract contain a reference to standards, European Technical Assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Act, and such references are not accompanied by the phrase "or equivalent", the Contracting Authority accepts solutions equivalent to those described in any such...
