The subject of the order is the preparation and conduct of three-day Career and Development away courses. The Ordering Party is implementing the above activity as part of the project "Competent and creative general education" – FEOP.05.07-IP.02-0001/23, which is co-financed by the European Union under the regional program European Funds for Opole FEO 2021-2027 for Measure 5.7: General education under Priority 5 European Funds supporting the Opole labor market and education FEO 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+). A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specifications. 8. After the completion of the total, expected maximum number of Career and Development away-from-home courses covered by the basic contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right to carry out an additional 18 away-from-home courses identical/compliant with the description of the subject of the contract. Under the option right, the Contractor will conduct additional away-from-home courses in schools selected by the Ordering Party from the list of 42 schools listed in the Annex. No. 1 to this description of the subject of the order. An order executed under an option constitutes a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party may not exercise this option right or exercise it in part. Failure by the Ordering Party to exercise this option right shall not give rise to any claims by the Contractor against the Ordering Party. The Contractor will be obligated to execute an order subject to an option right after receiving prior notification from the Ordering Party of its intention to exercise this option right. The rules for the execution of an order subject to an option right will be the same as those applicable to the execution of the basic order.
