1. The subject of the contract is: 1) collection of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties and summer cottages in the Murów Commune and management of the collected waste in accordance with the waste hierarchy 2) collection and management of municipal waste collected at the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) in Murów in accordance with the waste hierarchy (without running and operating the PSZOK) 3) maintaining detailed documentation related to the implementation of the contract in question, including issuing KPO (regarding waste collection from the PSZOK in Murów) 4) periodic delivery of bags for segregation to all properties covered by the municipal waste management system 5) collection and management of municipal waste, divided into: a) collection at source (carried out within the unit price specified for 1 Mg) - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - glass - plastics, metals and multi-material packaging waste  paper  bio-waste  ash b) collection from PSZOK (carried out within the unit price specified for 1 Mg)  glass  plastics, metals and multi-material packaging waste  paper  bio-waste  hazardous waste (chemicals)  expired medicines  waste not qualifying as medical waste generated in a household as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes  used batteries and accumulators  used electrical and electronic equipment (also applies to hazardous waste)  furniture and other bulky waste  used tires  construction and demolition waste  textile and clothing waste. 2.
