The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Ciechanów Commune, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate recycling levels, in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021. on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906) and: • the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) • the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587) • the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by Resolution No. 9/25 of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Assembly of February 25, 2025 • the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013, on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) • the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ciechanów Commune adopted by Resolution No. XXI/118/20 Ciechanów Commune Council of August 21, 2020 on the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Ciechanów Commune. • Resolution of the Ciechanów Commune Council No. XXI/119/20 of August 21, 2020, on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the scope of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management and the method of providing services by municipal waste selective collection points • Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Specifications of Conditions of Sale • draft agreement on the present matter constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Specifications of Conditions of Sale.
